I can appreciate their kindness, and welcoming spirit especially early in the morning when people are trying to get going. I was very pleased with Kay. She was so pleasant and really brought joy to my morning making me laugh with her comedic flair. These are the kind of people you love to have representing a company because they are the face of it. Not only is the food tasty, great for the value you pay, and consistent, but also the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible experience every time. I come to this Einstein’s bagel at least 3-4 times a week. Yes the food and coffee are good, but the staff is what keeps me coming back. Erika remembers my name and order. Imani is always cheerful and willing to chat with me. Maya greets me with a warm smile and has the upmost patience with every guest I see her serve. I am so thankful to have this place as my neighborhood bakery and will keep coming back day after day.
