    This is the second time I’ve had a really messed up breakfast from this Dunkin. About a month ago, I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with butter and a coffee I spent about 13 bucks. As I’m opening my food while driving getting on I20 it is just a bagel with butter no bacon, egg and cheese. I checked my receipt while driving and yes, it says bacon egg, and cheese and $13. (Couldn’t go back because I was too far on the highway) This morning I get a frozen coffee, a Boston cream doughnut, and a bagel with cream cheese. There is literally no cream cheese on this bagel.

    I had a very unpleasant experience. The woman who works at the counter is very rude and has a bad attitude. I do not recommend this place.

    If I could give zero stars I would. I went on December 6th 2025 and I specifically asked for oat milk because my body can't handle regular milk. I saw that it was made with regular milk and when I asked they said it was regular milk. When i corrected and asked for oat milk whoever was working the window rolled her eyes and all of a sudden my drink was made with oat milk. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. I am now having serious repercussions and I wish they would take dietary request seriously. I probably won't go back to this location because simple request aren't being done!

    They cannot make drinks correctly twice they have screwed my order up including giving me a melted frozen coffee customer service sucks and I probably will drive past this one from now on!!
