I always order ahead through the mobile app, but it doesn’t save time—there are frequent delays and confusion among staff and customers. Today, they ran out of lids for hot drinks. When asked if I wanted an iced coffee instead, they served my hot drink in an iced coffee cup instead of just making it iced, which made little sense. I’d already waited a long time, so I didn’t want to hold up the line further. This is my fifth visit here, and each time there’s been poor communication and frustration among customers. I don’t usually write reviews, but this location really needs some improvements.
