- LRL RNov 14, 20251.0The ladies working there have no customer services skills. I waited almost an hour for my order and people who arrived after me were getting their drinks. After I approached them they brushed me off and continued making other orders.

When we raise questions, we get portrayed as a “bad person” because they are offended. i hate this dunkin so much.
