They put so much ice in that it feels like your drinking an ice slushy with a hint of coffee. I've had to go back and have them remake my drinks but who has time to do that every time! The manager was nice and had no problem remaking the drinks but the women who work the drive through have bad customer service and are more concern l with talking and playing around than how the customer wants their order. There's too many other way better Duncan Donuts than this one.
