- VSV Sutton1 day ago3.0The crew was nice. The coffee was warm not hot. The lady handling the food used the same gloves to adjust her clothes then hand picked the hash browns with same gloves. I advised the lady who took my order to let her know she should be changing her gloves after everything she touches. I couldn't eat the food.

It doesn’t matter if I’m picking up coffee at 6:30 Monday-.Friday or stopping in on the weekend, the entire crew is standoffish, unfriendly and rude. Not one person says anything even after I’ve greeted them several times with a warm smile, hello and sometimes a tip! As a HR Professional I am not in the way of speaking ill of anyone especially in this uncertain job market, but I have had it with this place. I honestly believe management hired these people intentionally to provide horrible service! The older short woman who wears glasses and works the morning weekend shift is a horrible leader and doesn’t even care! In a world where customer service should matter because eventually A.I will lead most industries, some humans need to get it together. We have choices and it shouldn’t be to show up at work each day and be the most unpleasant, rude and standoffish team.
