The excuse that the server gave me was when I ordered less ice I have less product that’s not what’s advertise for this business whatever business practices this is but it is unacceptable. Any other location does not use this practice.

Heaven (her name suits her) turned my mood around by offering to make a new latte without me having to ask. It's Heaven that is getting the 5 stars.
