I am going to stop going because the lady who made my sandwich today was EATING AN ICECREAM CONE while she prepared my sandwich. I which I had taken a picture but I was so shocked. that’s so unhygienic. I’m disturbed.

This location has all of the K cups ( not pumpkin) , tea, but no frozen desserts and I also didn’t see any apparel or cups. Order ahead on the app and it makes it much easier to just come pick up your order. Service was good. And of course Dunkin’ this location is always busy. The sign of affecting no public restrooms was offputting, and there was a barrier also preventing anyone from sitting down. I do want to point out that once I was acknowledged, the customer service rep went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I ordered. And I also want to point out that the accident didn’t let me know that a couple of items were sold out. So I had to make adjustments.
