  I've had coffee there it was great I also picked up a doordash order here once I wish I remembered the young girl in the fronts name her client service was amazing will come back here!

  The young lady working there this Tuesday, January 6th, 2025 at 2PM is AMAZING. The best food and service I’ve had from why fast food chain. I don’t know what she did but the start to my day was a whole lot better!!

  The food and beverage were ok. I ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich and a small iced coffee with peppermint mocha flavor, regular cream and sugar. Everything tasted pretty good. It wasn't as good as my favorite Dunkin in Fayetteville.

  at this point, I just believe this location the manager don’t really care about this place because I’ve been going here since they even opened. They used to be so great. I’d rather go in Union City though but sometimes I take my chances go here so they just really upset me their latte machine down and they don’t have any pastries. It’s always something they are always out of product. What is the point of the Dunkin’ Donuts? Where is the manager How could they not see the store is failing . New management needed obviously she’s not ordering inventory or I should say enough inventory for the location. But corporate, please help this place.

  There is a women that works here that I am going to describe because I don’t know her name. (Dark skin, slim, black long dreads) I tend to patronize Dunkin Donuts in the morning because they are one of the few stores open on Old National Hwy with Coffee and decent food. Almost every morning, this woman says she is not cooking any food because she is short staffed. She is highly impatient and has a very bad attitude. She is always trying to rush you at the drive thru because she says the drive thru is on a timer. She cares more about the timer than customer service. She told me at the drive thru speaker that I would have to come inside if I wanted to pick my donuts for a six count box. When I drove around to the window I asked her “Why” and she explained she is on a timer and doesn’t have enough time or employees to take my order properly at the drive thru. I’ve been patronizing this Dunkin’ Donuts for six years and the last two years have been horrible since she has been working there. She clearly does not care about the customer service aspect that Dunkin Donuts usually provides. And I heard her walk to the back and start yelling and cursing because I asked “Why” please re-train her or fire her!
