I’m sure that the regional manager would be disgusted to hear how the employees are speaking to their customers over a speaker/intercom. I frequent the franchise quite often and its very disappointing to the see franchise fail miserably at hiring the proper individuals. Establishments are being put on the back burner every day due to the behavior, rudeness and lack of empathy shown by staff at this location. I went to this store on 2/19 to order a MATCHA sub the milk with lemonade (to which I’ve order a number of times). Instead of being met with a happy tone, i was met with a very defensive barista telling me i could not sub my order this way, she went back and forth with me after I explained this wasn’t the first time I ordered this. The manager then got on the speaker, made me repeat my order just to tell me that she was not “allowed” to do that. Just terrible the lack of customer service these people have. I would rather drive to the next location or go to Starbucks before i allow someone to treat me this way. I will do my due diligence to reach the proper channels for this
