The workers don’t seem to know the products they sell or how to make them properly. I asked for a chamomile tea and they didn’t know what it was and couldn’t even pronounce the word, let alone prepare it correctly. I requested cream and milk, and they still didn’t add it — too busy trying to figure out what “chamomile” even means. How do you work in a coffee shop/breakfast and don’t know the products you have available and or to sell and make. When I brought it back, they refused to remake it or fix their mistake. Just absolutely disappointing service all around. Man, I miss the Dunkin’s back in Boston/New England — they actually know what they’re doing.
