  Today I went through the drive-thru in ordered two items and my order for the bagel cinnamon was incorrect My mistake was I did not check it before I drove off I drove down the street something told me to check my order sure enough my cream cheese was left off of my bagel that I asked to have toasted with butter and cream cheese I drove back through the drive-thru and told the young gentleman who was very nice and professional that the cream cheese was left off of my bagel. A loud ignorant woman jumped into the conversation on the speaker and proceeded to tell me that I only ordered the raising and cinnamon bagel with just butter I proceeded to tell her I know what I ordered and I asked for cream cheese as well her attitude and professionalism was horrible and I don't appreciate it secondly I wasn't speaking to her I was speaking to the young man who was very professional and proceeded to let me know he will get my order correct and to drive up to the window so he can make the correction he apologized gave me the correct order and I told him I was going to write this review and state how professional he was and how ignorant his coworker acted to something that was a simple misunderstanding.

  Expect to wait at least 30 minutes, even if you have a mobile order at this location! They are extremely slow for a morning coffee run.

  One of the worst ones I have been to. I try to go there because this is the closest restaurant to my job the service here is extremely slow.. I’m not sure if they are under staff or need more staff training but something has to change at this location.

  Very rude drive thru service. Lady with blonde braids rude from start to finish. I know it’s quick service but y’all do better this isn’t the first time either.

  every morning it’s a female at the window with a nasty attitude . if you don’t wanna work just don’t . coffee don’t even be made right half the time .
