This morning we visited this Dunkin location a non standard location for us , to procure coffees and breakfast sandwiches before our commute to school the service was not excellent. However, my son inadvertently dropped his cup of coffee while exiting to the car. Upon returning inside, he explained the situation to the cashier, who I later discovered was the manager, and requested a replacement. Regrettably, she attributed the incident to not being her fault and declined to offer a replacement. Following the conversation my son replayed to me , I approached her to inquire about purchasing another coffee, specifically requesting he be treated politely, as he is a 14 year old as I aimed to address her tone towards my son

I just had the *privilege* of experiencing the worst Dunkin’ Donuts visit of my life. Apparently, I was not just a customer, but a temporary barista trainer. I had to explain—step by step—how to make my own drink. I paid for an extra shot, which was not added. When I politely mentioned it, that was apparently offensive. I paid for **no ice** (you know, more product), yet ice appeared anyway. When I pointed this out, I was informed it was “just a little,” which somehow made *him* angry. The drink was handed to me without whipped cream—because why follow the recipe? I had to remind him it comes with whipped cream, which resulted in exactly one half-hearted squirt and my drink being aggressively placed on the counter, spilling in the process. Then came the caramel drizzle: a few lonely dots. Cinnamon? Technically present, emotionally absent. Again, I had to coach him through every step. At that point, I noticed he had touched the **inside of my cup** with the same hand he had been actively texting with. When I said something, he became angry, ripped the lid off, and managed to spill my drink *everywhere*, leaving whipped cream scattered like a crime scene. He then shoved the mess back toward me and walked off—clearly done with both the job and the concept of customer service. Meanwhile, a woman who was already handling a long line of customers had to stop what she was doing to fix my drink properly and add the shot I paid for. She was professional and helpful. He, on the other hand, showed zero concern, zero accountability, and zero knowledge of how to make the drinks he is paid to prepare. Between the attitude, the mess, the phone usage while handling food, and the complete lack of basic sanitation, this was less of a coffee stop and more of a cautionary tale. Truly disappointing—and somehow impressive in how many things went wrong at once.

This is genuinely the best Dunkin on earth. It’s consistent, fast, and friendly, whether you come during a busy morning rush or a slow afternoon. My order is always correct and ready on time and the workers are always so friendly. This feels more like a local coffee shop than a national chain.

I typically don’t leave negative reviews much less for coffee places because I’m very open to new products and I love Dunkin as a whole but this particular location NEVER delivers. On 3 separate occasions have they completely messed up my order(s) and when asked to remake it, it somehow turned out worse that I just threw the whole thing away. As mentioned I not picky when it comes to coffee but this place in particular, I’m not sure if they have a different set of instructions/ingredients but it seems as if they just go off on a whim every single time. 1st visit: I order an ICED CARMEL LATTE, super simple right? No. They gave me a SLUSHED coffee? Like a icey drink….? I was genuinely confused. After informing them that, that was incorrect the lady working remade my drink but it was SUPER watered down and the sweetness was through the roof. (Mind you I LOVE sweet so the fact that I bothered me was alarming) I threw the entire thing away and just went about my day and figured the employee might’ve been new. I WISH I had a picture to prove this one. 2nd visit: I come in to this location and order the popular Cookie Butter Latte (which I’ve had 3 days in a row from various Dunkin spots and they were all perfect) I’m not even joking, they gave me milk with cookie butter toppings. I ordered 2, one for me and one for my cousin and they BOTH were like this. There might’ve been a drop of coffee in it but I was HIGHLY disappointed, I couldn’t even finish my drink. This is a place that I’m genuinely starting to avoid.

My order was placed on DoorDash ahead of arrival. Once I got there I checked with the cashier and waited an extra 15min. When I picked up the order I noticed my drink was light. I opened my large coffee and saw there was only half a cup in there. I returned the cup to the cashier to let her know and she proceeds to tell me that it was not possible that I received the drink that way. I had already waited got the food came back and now my integrity is being questioned. I waited another 10min to get my drink remade only to get in the car and see the attendant didn’t make it right. I won’t be going back to that location for awhile.
