  Slow service. The drive through is small and if you’re in a rush your best option would be to not stop here. Once you’re in line you can’t get out there is no room to go around or leave the line there is limited parking as well so mostly the employees take up the space for parking. I sat in line one morning for 30 minutes and it wasn’t their fault that u was rushing but they added an extra 30 minutes to my route

  1/7/26 3:45pm Amazing service , punctual, professional, precise, great communication skills , food was given to me in a GREAT timely manner , drive thru at that! I ordered the $5 meal deal , napkins AND ketchup was in the bag ! Straw was given with drink! Great job! I come here all the time , I wish I got their name. Great job!

  Every time I order from here their hashbrowns are raw, they forget things, and donuts often stale. Just now I pulled up to the drive thru, got asked to hold on a moment, then they never came back and I waited almost 10 minutes saying “hello? Hello???” And no one answered. Had to drive off. Don’t waste your time or money here!!

  The drive thru service was great. The guy at the window was very sweet and pleasant. The frozen coffee was good too!

  I stopped coming to this Dunkin some time ago because previously a team lead was very disrespectful to my mother & I, & slammed the drive-thru window in our faces. I tried to call after that incident, but if you’ve ever called them, you know they do not answer. Today, I wanted coffee & it was the closest location, so I decided to give them another shot. I put in a mobile order. When I pulled up to the window, the gentleman just put my food out the window—he did not speak, nor did he even look at me. When he handed me my drink, I told him I could tell that there was no cold foam on my drink. He begrudgingly took it back & added the cold foam. The photo I added is a picture of my wake up wrap…just sloppy with no concern. The experience here is always inconsistent & there should be a standard of service across all shifts. I’ve tried to give this location a chance time after time because I believe in supporting business in my own community, but I’m tired. I’d rather drive out of my way than to come back again. Lesson learned.
