I stood for five minutes watching her fix other orders until I asked another team member if they could check on my order, which was sitting on the counter, ready for pickup. The rude woman claimed that she didn’t know which order was mine, which was an unacceptable response since I showed her my phone to confirm which order and items were mine. Horrible service. Will not be returning
