  If you’re ordering food, GO TO THE HOWELL MILL LOCATION!!! Thank me later… I’ve given this place so many chances to change but they always seem to let me down. Food is cold, the manager takes shortcuts and makes excuses.

  What a great location. We stopped for ice cream with our two young grandchildren. Great selection, clean store, and super friendly Manager (Andrell). A really nice experience on a Friday night.

  I am at this Dunkin location frequently and am always am met with wonderful people greeting me in the drive-through. Lutfa is the best, she’s always a great addition to my day!

  I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. They are always out of things but allow me to purchase through the app. Then when I arrive to pick up my order they take 20 minutes to even acknowledge me and THEN I find out they don’t even have the drink I ordered and I’m told I have to contact the app for a refund. This establishment is unprofessional with no sense of structure. God forbid you are trying to grab a quick coffee on your way, you’re better off going to Starbucks. I cannot begin to explain how fed up I am with this location as this is not the first time I’ve had this issue. Someone from cooperate needs to step in and address their issue of keeping inventory, training on time management with customers and their refund policy. They don’t even offer an apology for having me wait that long just to tell me they don’t have it. This is the most upsetting experience. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

  Says it closes at 10. I ordered (Door Dash) at 7:39 PM. They gave the door dash driver two bags of donuts and muffins. I ordered 1 orange juice, 1 bacon wake up wrap and a bagel. The driver told me they locked the doors when he got there. They just threw some stuff together and gave it to the door dash driver!! So rude and disrespectful! So now I have to throw that old Valentine’s Day donuts and muffins in the trash. Lord knows how old those were!
