  Like I'm sure many others did, I had to treat myself to the heart-shaped pizza that was a special offer during Valentine's. I ordered extra pepperoni, mushrooms, and black olives and let me tell you... It was delicious! I also tried the garlic asiago bread and my main disappointment was I ordered an extra marinara sauce but when I went through my order once I got home, I realized it was not there.

  They don’t care to even make the pizza how it’s posta be made … I’ve called a few times because it’s simple them folks told me this Georgia they make it how they make it messing up good pizza … the topping sprinkle stuff comes on every pizza … the pizza is posta b filled with pepperonis .. as someone who was raised on this pizza from Ohio IT SUCKS Avondale location good tho like perfect

  Love this place I grew up on this in Cincinnati Ohio I was excited to have this in Georgia!!! Thanks it was greeeaaattt!!

  Donatos truly came through for me in a time crunch. I needed to pivot to a new pizza spot only a few hours before a large event after another vendor was unable to accommodate our order, and Donatos handled the situation with incredible efficiency and care. I was especially surprised that the owner personally reached out to assist and ensure everything was taken care of. That level of attention and follow-through made a huge difference and gave me confidence that the order was in good hands. The in-store staff were also fantastic—helpful, responsive, and quick to support a same-day, large order without hesitation. The pizza arrived promptly, was well prepared, and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the event. I’m grateful to the entire Donatos team for stepping in and delivering under pressure. Their customer service and professionalism were outstanding, and they will be my first call for my next event.

  The superstar here is Aaron. Absolute 10/10 service and personality from him, and the pizza was 10/10 as well. This is top-tier “tavern style” pizza from the Midwest. Amazing thin crispy crust, loaded with pepperoni edge to edge. I can honestly say this was probably the most friendly and personable stop at a pizza place I’ve ever had. Great professionalism, quality pizza, fast. Management, if you’re watch these reviews, promote Aaron and promote the team that was here tonight. Jan 25, 2026, 8pm.
