On a cold Thursday night, my wife and I were feeling hungry, and lazy. My son, who is a dedicated food delivery expert was asked to have pizza delivered and requested a call when the food was delivered. I checked outside for the first 25 minutes before retreating in front of the t.v. with wife. At 9:42pm, my son checked the Dominos app that showed that the food was delivered, no, dropped off at 9:15pm. The delivery sat my 2 pizzas (unsealed boxes of course) on a chair by my front door. Da hell..really. my pizza sat outside in the elements for 30 minutes? Really? Darn right my son got a refund. Darn right they got no tip. Darn right they list a customer...so again ...Dominos why yall do me like this.

What was even more frustrating was I CALLED them when the app said the pizza was out of the oven (after like ten minutes) and said, since I was right nearby, that I could come by and pick it up. They lied and said it was already out the door and on its way. It wasn't. Got there over an hour later. Their apology was 20% off the next order. But when I tried to apply it, the manager said they could only apply it if I placed the order over the phone. And when I did that, I couldn't take advantage of the coupons, which made my order 15 bucks MORE! When I tried to get the manager to apply the discount to my app order (which I was in the process of placing), he hung up on me. These guys are just the worst. They don't staff appropriately and their manager doesn't know customer service. I've worked in restaurants for years and delivered pizzas as well, and this ain't how you do it.
