    The manager KIKI is amazing other than that it’s horrible they were so rude and disrespectful on the phone last night they said my order was delivered and never was when I called the guy told me well don’t I think after three hours I should have come to the store to pick up that’s my fault. The manager KIKI resolved it and apologized she was so kind and respectful but that’s the only saving grace 1/2 star

    Been on hold for 15 minutes. Pizza has taken an hour and half to arrive. Employees are consistently rude. Pizza is actually good. What a joke of an operation. Customer service is a zero

    Why is it that I've called the store 5 times now & sit on hold with the automated recording for 10+ minutes each time before hanging up & calling again. Not sure why, but EVERY Domino's is the same way. What is the manager on duty doing in there? I ordered a pizza & over an hour later it still hasn't arrived. I'm literally 5 minutes away, the next street over. The tracker said it left the store at 6:28pm, & shows the driver going all around the city & the ETA time keeps getting longer. Now its saying ETA 7:35. How is this even possible? & dont even bother trying to call the store, because you'll never get an answer. I guess its a good thing I opted to pay cash so I dont even have to worry about fighting to get my money back. This is the last time I'll order Domino's. Back again for another review, a week later. Whenever you report a concern, they only offer you 2 options, so I took a free pizza because It wouldnt give me any other options to contact anyone. You cant reach the store ever, theyre no help. I ordered pizzas for my job at 5:03. Its 6:45 & its still not here. The food shows up cold, & i feel bad not tipping the driver because its not his fault they overload the driver with deliveries all at once. Or maybe it is his fault? I dont know. But this is by far THE WORST pizza place I have ever ordered from.
