The driver used profanity and spoke disrespectfully toward both healthcare staff and a patient, which is completely unacceptable. I contacted the store manager, Adam, to report the incident. This type of behavior should never occur—especially when interacting with vulnerable individuals. I hope management addresses this seriously and provides proper training.
