  Can I give them 0 stars? I never received my pizza delivery. When I called the driver, she answered and hung up when she realized I was the customer waiting for the pizza. After that, she stopped answering her mobile phone. I called the store, and the recording says my order was delivered. I’ve been on hold over 20 minutes waiting to speak to a live person. They should just close the doors.

  I’m shocked this place is still in business. We placed an order at 6:20pm and 3 hours later, it still hadn’t been sent out for delivery. In between that time, I attempted to call the store no less than half a dozen times, but no one ever picked up. Some family members decided to drive over there, but the door was locked. They got the attention of some woman who works there, who finally opened the door. When asked where our order was she casually pointed to it on a shelf. She said she absolutely would not be remaking it. She said she’d issue a refund and that we could take the food, otherwise she was going to trash it. Not surprisingly, the phone was constantly ringing in the store and no one ever answered it. Don’t give this place your business unless you want hours of grief, or to simply throw your money down a rat hole.

  The worst experience ever. I didn’t think to check reviews since my local dominoes is great but this store was awful. The one time I got someone on the phone after waiting an hour and a half she was super rude and said she can’t provide an estimate and that the driver had a ton of other orders. After 2 hours it was marked delivered even though it never was. I sat on the phone for half an hour trying to get the store again and they refused to answer.

  This location should not be open at all. We tried for 15 minutes to order from this location. A Monday night. Not much going on here. Football season is over. I tried calling the store. I was on a government hold. We drive up to the store. When we arrive, the two team members are in front. The young lady was on her cell. The guy was making pies at the only speed he knew. Very Slowly. As we park the car, we noticed there were two very large rats. The rats were walking in front of the entrance of the restaurant. This was very disturbing.

  We ordered a pizza at 12:00am. They closed at 1. The delivery time before I placed the order said 30 minutes. Once order was placed the delivery time jumped to 3 hours. Then 5 hours. 5 people are without food tonight after a full day of competitive cheerleading. I will be getting my money back tomorrow after I wake up because who wants to eat pizza at 5 am. Photos attached to show timeline. I called the store multiple times to get get a recording that the store was closed when in fact it wasn’t while I had called.
