  Would give it a zero if I could. This was the second and last time I’m ordering from this location. They poorly made my first pizza so domino’s corporate gave me a coupon for a replacement. Went to pick up that up today and my pizza was once again thrown together! I didn’t get the extra cheese I paid for and they drowned my pizza in sauce. When I walked in it was only two people in the store. One was pre panning pizzas to just throw in the oven (which you’re not supposed to do because the dough will be flat!) and the other was just not paying attention to even care in the corner 😒 Instead of making a scene I just left and I’ll send all the pictures I took to corporate and HOPEFULLY they’ll do something about it

  After the Peach Bowl football game, we placed a delivery order at 1:38am. The restaurant said they were accepting orders until 1:39am. My order was accepted and confirmed, and the tracker said the order was being prepped. Then the tracker never updated beyond that. I was getting concerned, so I called the restaurant at 1:53am to check on the order. It said it would be out the door in 14 minutes, but I couldn’t get anyone in the phone. I tried to call again at 2:04am but the phones said the location was closed. The order never showed up, so we went to bed at 2:15am. Later, I received an email at 4am saying my order was cancelled. This service and communication was absolutely ridiculous.

  This place deserves a zero... order placed at 7:07pm via app and acknowledged from store by email. Estimate for delivery was 59-74 minutes. When the app showed the driver within 3 minutes of my location (Marriott Marquis downtown), I went down to lobby to meet driver. At 8:51pm the app showed my food delivered.... except it wasn't. A few minutes later I called the store. They said give it 5 to 10 minutes more. I called again 25 minutes later still looking for my delivery. There was lots of talk in the background and then the actual driver gets on the phone and says he dropped it the front desk 10 minutes ago. I asked the hotel security and concierge if anyone has seen Dominos. Nobody has. Then, I ask if he dropped off at the Marriott. Oops.... he dropped it off across the street at the Hyatt. The instructions on my order ticket clearly show that I was at the Marriott and to call me when arriving (driver did not do that). The instructions also show that I requested a fork (did not get) and napkins (also did not get). All told, after walking to another hotel and getting my now-cold food it was pushing 2 and a half hours for "delivery". The driver clearly did not read ANY of the delivery instructions. Frankly, I feel this store owes me a refund of the 25% percent tip I selected when I placed the order and the price of the food.

  I had to wait one hour in the parking lot due to the employee giving my pizza away and then made me wait really long. These employees act like they don’t want to be here and can’t do their jobs correctly. They are a terrible representation towards the company

  I arrived on 12/30 at 8:28pm. I swear I will never order from this location again!! Just close the place down!!! Poor customer service!!! Your food won’t be ready even if the app says it is!! I also noticed the staff making pizza with no gloves after touching all over the place. There were also a lot of people on their phones simply riding the clock! How is this place even open!!! There are so many other food options in the area. I WONT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AGAIN!!! I can only hope readers consider the same!!!
