I normally love Domino’s—it’s my go-to for pizza—but on Sunday, November 2nd, 2025, I experienced one of the worst customer service encounters ever. I get to this place after getting a notification saying my pizza is ready. I reach the store, this guy with an unnecessary attitude tells me that the pizza wasn’t ready yet. Okay. Fair enough I will waited. Waited for 15-20 minutes before I go ahead and ask again, “sir, my pizza should be ready. It’s been a while”, the same guy with an attitude like he’s the king of Saxony or something, working a minimum pay job says “sir, can you give me a minute” I politely show him the notification saying that my order should be ready. He raises his voice “sir, can you give me a minute” Bro, what’s the attitude about? It’s been 45 minutes now since I placed my order. The other guy comes in and he has to just pick my order and give it to me because my order was there sitting there for someone to just hand it to me. Okay I understand you guys aren’t paid enough. I work a minimum pay job as well. But what’s the attitude about? Don’t work in hospitality and don’t work for a pay that makes you miserable and then have an attitude like you’re about to conquer the known world next year. Do your dishes brother that’s what you’re only good for.
