I was really disappointed with this place. The food was overpriced and honestly nasty. I ordered the chicken and waffles , the waffles were gross and the chicken was completely under-seasoned. It had no flavor at all. The strawberry lemonade tasted like straight sugar water with zero hint of lemon. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

10 out of 10 for flavor. The pasta wasn’t ala dente *but* I’m pretty confident that’s a personal preference. I highly recommend.

I purchased two meals (including 4 different sides) and YUM!! The food and service were outstanding. Given my food was to go, I really can’t give an opinion on atmosphere. The cooking areas were open and spotlessly clean.

I went against the reviews: The fried chicken was spot on and crispy and the cornbread sweet and fresh. However the collard greens were extremely over seasoned and the Mac and cheese is not southern, it’s more of a Cajun…. I am unsure how to describe it. I like the atmosphere and location. The staff were friendly.
