We were about to order and someone from the group needed to use the restroom, staff came and knocked in a rude manner the door, yelling to the staff to bring the key to kick out the person from there. Then we were told they if we wanted to order they will not prepare nothing for us more than that was done. Time was 9:30pm. Then we left and they started to laugh and say things to us because we decided not to order. Bad Bad Bad staff and customer service We decided not to order because they were cleaning the area and putting all wasted food back in the container to serve the clients. 🤬

So I waited in the lovely rainy cold weather and waited 15 min for my food. Then a kind gentlemen began yelling, pounding at the pick up window, and throwing stuff at the poor workers inside 😱. Next thing I know the workers then utilized the power of a broom and water buckets to deter the man 😲. Then my pick up order was ready and a lovely Hispanic women with the brightest smile handed me my food while the gentleman screamed at me saying, “ain no one gon take me, ya ain nothin”. Food 8/10, service 7/10, entertainment 10000/10.

As I’m ordering, the guy making my bowl abruptly stopped making my bowl, rolled his eyes, and turned to the next guest. The next worker making my bowl was no better. Terrible experience, but not the first bad encounter at this location unfortunately!
