  We’ve tried to give this location so many chances, but it is truly awful. The last time we ordered food here, the pinto beans in the 2 kids’ meals were so dried out, they were like pieces of chalk. You could tell the beans had probably been scraped from the bottom after sitting in the heating pan for too long. The rice in my partner’s burrito was inedible, because it was like trying to chew tiny rocks. It was so disappointing. And this isn’t the first time this has happened. The first couple of times, we tried to be like well, sometimes people have bad days or maybe a new employee was still learning the ropes. But after a third time, we’re done flushing money down the toilet. Also it’s always so dirty at the drink station. One time, I set my to go bag on the counter to fill up the two drinks and when I picked up the bag, the bottom was soaked with brown liquid. So gross. The tables are always covered in grime and food crumbs. I used to love Chipotle but this location has kind of ruined it for me.

  We ordered from the app and it said our food would be ready by 5:40p. It was not. The walk in area was slow but we still had to wait about 20 minutes over. Along side us there were a few others waiting for app orders. I’m not sure why the walk in area doesn’t coordinate with online orders so if they are slow they start or send someone to assist with online orders. The store lighting was extremely dark in my opinion. The area where the knives and forks were was a little messy. 🎉🎉🎉🎉The cashier had excellent customer service. He did acknowledge us and showed concern regarding our order being EXTREMELY LATE as we waited.🎉🎉🎉🎉 I had a carne asada burrito wrap and it was very tasty but tiny. We also had a veggie bowl for my vegetarian kiddos which they loved. We had a chicken bowl and it was DELICIOCO!!! Attempting to be efficient and save time by using the chipotle app was a FAIL bc our order was not ready at pickup time and was about 20 minute late which left a bad taste in my mouth😝😝😝😝

  Always consistently good texmex style that is somewhat healthy. Their tofu mix bowl is the 💣. And still the best deal for a ton of food! The option to mix 1/2 lettuce and 1/2 rice is the 👌

  Loved Chipotle but please check out who’s cooking it because the flavor wasn’t good enough, and also two homeless were inside asking for money those kind of things are import from people that brings out their families

  The staff here is very nice and the food is always fresh. Portions are great, better than any other chipotle. The only complaint is that there are homeless people who loiter here and ask for money. It’s not chipotle’s fault, but it makes me feel uncomfortable.
