Instead of doing one bowl at a time she insisted on preparing 3 bowls at one time thus making the mistake of a preparing 3 veggie bowls instead of chicken. Once the order made it home to me I called to be issued a refund and it become a long and drawn out process through their corporate office. The lady suggested giving a credit when I stated I preferred a refund. She agreed to refund, asked for an email address, and failed to issue the refund. Now we are cooking at home when we wanted to eat out for convenience.
