  If you want to pay 15$ for a meal and get enough to barely feed a 2 year old, this is the place for you. Seriously the serving size is ridiculous, i shouldn’t have to beg an employee for a valid serving. If i pay for chicken, i should get more than 1/3 spoon full.

  Chipotle has been a staple of my diet for more than a decade, and I’ve been to countless store locations across the US and the globe. That said, this is hands down the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The service and food are incredibly consistent here. For as long as I’ve been living and working in this area, I’ve always been able to count on going into this Chipotle and leaving with the same exact bowl I expected to get in no more than 5 minutes, regardless of how long the line is. Kudos to whoever runs it. It’s one efficient shop. It’s hard for chains to maintain a good rating, but 3.4 is criminal for this location - this is a 5 star Chipotle

  Stopped by the Chipotle in Cumberland and had a great experience. The food was fresh, the service was quick, and what really stood out was how clean and well-kept the seating area was. Most Chipotle locations I’ve visited struggle with this, so seeing a spotless, organized dining area was a very welcome change. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

  I keep finding myself coming back to this location, and I now realize it’s because the front staff really makes or breaks your experience. There are three women, Simone, Tina, and Edrena, that truly make this location worth driving to. They consistently greet customers with a smile, they do not make the customer feel rushed at all, they actually listen to what the customer wants, and I walk out of Chipotle feeling even better than I already did. I truly wish everyone else’s customer service could mimic these ladies. The food may bring customers, but excellent customer service keeps customers coming back.

  I’ve given this location two chances, on different days, and had the exact same experience both times. The employees seem trained to serve very small portions of protein, almost forcing customers to ask for double protein and pay extra. In my case, the first scoop wasn’t even close to a full portion — it looked like half a spoon. When I politely asked for a little more, I was told it would be considered double and I would have to pay extra. That put me in an uncomfortable position and made me feel pressured to spend more just to get what should be a fair serving. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this location.
