I placed this order via the app, because this was during my lunch break, so it was sealed when I picked it up. I cakes the store after discovering the error, but didn't speak to anyone because the phone system is automated. So, I drive back up to the store with the incorrect order in hand as proof and the manager on duty was not pleasant. Yes, my meal was remade, but she didn't apologize for their error or the inconvenience their error caused. Additionally, she didn't attempt to make amends at all. I understand people make mistakes, that wasn't the biggest issue. The issue was how she handled it. As a front line manager or supervisor, anyone in a customer facing job, you should show empathy, especially when the issue was their fault. Moral of the story, double check your mobile orders for accuracy.

Over all I would say don't go late in the evening. They should have put more of the food out that they were cooking.
