We waited in line for about 15 minutes — the line was really long, and everyone behind the counter seemed miserable. Which is every time I go there. The staff was visibly frustrated, throwing food into bags and not paying attention to presentation at all. When it was our turn, my friend ordered a kid’s meal quesadilla and picked her sides. They didn’t even give her the quesadilla until after she paid — and then just handed it to her hot, with no container, no bag, nothing. I got my bowl, which went fairly smoothly, but the cashier was still extremely rude. We decided to sit outside and eat, but as soon as my friend opened her kid’s meal box, there was a cockroach inside — just laying there. It was absolutely disgusting. We were both in shock. My friend went back in to speak with the manager and ask for a refund, and all he said was, “I’ll give you the refund.” No apology, no concern, nothing. We left immediately. I’ve never been more disgusted or disappointed by a restaurant. Definitely will not be returning.
