- TPTylor ParisNov 8, 20251.0I won't be back at this location, my chicken bowl was terrible. The rice was mushy and flavorless didn' taste no cilantro and boy the meat was soooo nasty literally no seasoning, it taste like they soaked their meat in water. I'm not a picky eater but this bowl was the nastiest i ever had in all of my years since chipotle came out. Portion size was good though and i had a reward for double chicken so that was a waste. Such a terrible experience i had to call corporate and they gave me two free entrees.

- TTTSep 14, 20251.0I came at 8:30pm they served me old food after paying $27.. I came back the very next day when they opened back up. The female manager told me she didn’t know if she could do it. Another person picked up the phone and called someone asking them if they could give me fresh food: I had the food with me and my receipt all I was asking for was fresh food. They need to do better with their customer service. This was a horrible experience. I will never be back.

In the Spring it started getting SPICEY, which I don’t like. Now, August 25, 2025 it was sooo SPICEY I could not eat it. I will be going to MOE’S in my neighborhood fr now on. FYI: I called Corporate to complain it has been getting too SPICEY and will be going to their competition in the future starting today. I told him that if somebody wants spicy on their burrito, they can just go to the beverage station and add some hot salsa on it.🥵
