Anyone that frequents Chipotle knows that in the morning hours they use the old meats from the day before 🤢 yesterday December 26 I went around 1 PM and they still had the old meats from the day before. Except on Christmas Day (the day before) the restaurant wasn’t open. So basically they were serving 48 hour old meats. And the girl managing, I think her name is Monica, was extremely rude yesterday and always. Also why is there no cups of water at this chipotle like every other location in the US?

I ordered my usual chicken bowl and got about half the chicken portion I’m used to. When I asked for a little more, I was told I’d have to pay an extra $3-4 just for the standard portion. On top of that, the employee serving the protein was incredibly rude. I greeted her with a simple “hi,” and she didn’t respond at all, making the interaction feel very cold. In contrast, the second employee who was serving the sauces and sour cream was friendly and greeted me back with a smile. It really highlighted the difference in customer service. This experience was a letdown, and I hope they make some improvements.
