As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Our order wasn't as we asked for it and the person at the window took a bit of an attitude when it was brought to attention. Since we weren't charged for what we asked for, we let it ride. It was a snack after a great evening out in the city. Positive vibes only. 😉 Note: The left lane is for app order and Door Dash pick up only. Don't make the mistake we did. We had to drive back around to place our order.

    I guess the manager….looks like a man and gorilla mixed IS VERY RUDE! I waited in line 15 min for an order but everyone else was getting their food. Mind you i said the name i was picking up at the speaker!!!!

    Food was old looking, sloppy, too much tartar, spread all over both breads and fish . Overloaded. And they both fussy at me. Refused to take it back. I just gave it back and drove away. Lost my money. Disgusting
