As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The food was hot and fresh but one of the Shift Manager was so rude and nasty and snatch my my money out my hand and roll her eyes.. her name was JAVIA she have no kind of customer service experience at all... Nasty attitude ,rude she don't need to be running nobody store with that attitude.. . I never have that problem and I'm a regular customer The manager KEN and Richard are Great but the new manager she something else... He need to look into her really quickly because you guys will lose alot of good customers with people like that on your team...

Literally got a cold burger and when I took it back I received a second cold burger. I just threw it away and went to Burger King across the street. Never again.

Went through drive-thru and asked for a small strawberry milkshake. The employee responded "we don't sell milkshakes". The menu board at the drive-thru advertised milkshakes so I asked again just for confirmation and the lady responded "we don't sell milkshakes or ice cream". Her tone was very rude and unwelcoming. I replied "well how come it's advertised on your menu if you don't sell it?", and her response was "we don't sell those like I said, our machine is broken". The appropriate and curtiuos thing she should have done when I asked the first time, was to say the machine was broken and that would have been the end of it. I just pulled off at that point because I didn't appreciate her attitude and I'm not trusting nobody preparing my food and they have an attitude with me, they might do something to my food and I'm not taking any chances. She needs to work on her customer service skills because the attitude wasn't called for. I'll spend my money elsewhere where it's appreciated and I'm treated with the same respect that I give.
