As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They bad for I ordered my food and told them that’s not what I wanted and they get an attitude like if you have an attitude will come to work. It’s not our fault that you work 725 job smh

Went through drive-thru and asked for a small strawberry milkshake. The employee responded "we don't sell milkshakes". The menu board at the drive-thru advertised milkshakes so I asked again just for confirmation and the lady responded "we don't sell milkshakes or ice cream". Her tone was very rude and unwelcoming. I replied "well how come it's advertised on your menu if you don't sell it?", and her response was "we don't sell those like I said, our machine is broken". The appropriate and curtiuos thing she should have done when I asked the first time, was to say the machine was broken and that would have been the end of it. I just pulled off at that point because I didn't appreciate her attitude and I'm not trusting nobody preparing my food and they have an attitude with me, they might do something to my food and I'm not taking any chances. She needs to work on her customer service skills because the attitude wasn't called for. I'll spend my money elsewhere where it's appreciated and I'm treated with the same respect that I give.

I don’t understand why there’s so many bad reviews!
Food was great! We got the bacon burger, chicken tenders, fries, and mozzarella sticks.
Everything was good, especially the burger!
The wait for our food was long, I will say that, and the shake machine was down (like many others said.)
But overall, good first experience!
