  Worst cava location. Parking is horrible. They were out of most of the dressing, had no lentils or brown rice. Ice machine had none. Tables were all dirty. No utensils in sight, I can go on and on. Employees didn’t seem to care. We spend 15min finding parking and starving so we just ate to eat otherwise we would’ve left. As someone who it’s a CAVA weekly in Dallas, TX I’m accustomed to their high standards, and this was not it

  Every time I come to CAVA, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient — even during busy times. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained, which really stands out. The team keeps things moving while still being kind and attentive. Great food and great service every visit!

  Everyone is always so attentive, kind, helpful amd efficient!! I love the atmosphere and everyone's attitude. Today i had the pleasure of being helped by Mimi. She went above and beyond with ensuring we were happy. I'll always keep coming back for the friendly and efficient service alone.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to their outstanding customer service! From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. They were patient while I decided on my order, offered great recommendations, and made sure everything was prepared exactly how I liked it. What really stood out was their positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy rush, they stayed professional, efficient, and kind. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Great food is one thing, but great service makes all the difference and this CAVA location absolutely delivered. Thanks so much Mimi and Kenzie! I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I’ve been to this location 3 times and honestly i pay to much for this food do them to ALWAYS not have all the ingredients.. and thennnnn the braised lamb aka braised FAT is alway super fatty like disgustingly fatty and it makes it even worse when the person making your plate just SLOPS it in the bowl .. literally had to go up there and ask for more meat cause it was big GLOBS of fat in my food .. im to over it for punctuation cause that food really disappointed tonight. The pita bread was salty missing half the toppings just sad spent over 50 dollars for it to go in the trash ..
