  I ordered from Uber Eats. I ordered the same thing last week and my order was twice this size. If you spend almost $40, you should be getting more than half a bowl. This is ridiculous. This was my order and the bowl was barely halfway full. For that cost, I would have hoped to have lunch and dinner.

  I’ve been to this location a few times and had good , patient service. Today I was serviced by the male manager who was extremely impatient, rushing orders, had an attitude. I was with someone who never been there so they didn’t know what they wanted and didn’t get what they wanted because he made the person uncomfortable with the rushing and rolling eyes. I will NEVER come back to this location.

That said, the experience can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on the location and time of day. Sometimes the ingredients feel very fresh and flavorful, and other times they’re just okay. Service is usually fine, but it can feel rushed during busy hours. The atmosphere is clean and modern, though more functional than cozy. Overall, it’s a convenient and dependable spot when you want something fast and customizable.

  This place is a joke. I ordered food for take out. The app said it would be ready at 7:30. it’s now half an hour later and no end in sight to waiting. Lines are moving at a snails pace. No one who works there is being helpful or accommodating — but i don’t blame them cause working here probably sucks. The line of people waiting for their food is 10 long. There’s one poor guy working the line for takeout orders and he looks like he’s brand new.

  Mia and Aubrey the two young ladies working on the date of 12/20/2025; they NEED TO BE FIRED!! PLEASE GO TO SWEETGREEN!!!!! I mean they had to have had the WORST I MEAN ABOSLUTE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Please stay away! They disrespected me and just threw my food around without honoring my request of extra food; which I know cost extra money. BUT Mia told me I couldn’t get extra lentils because it’s an extra charge and that the last customer said they were nasty; mind you me and that last customer are two different people with two different taste buds. So as a regular customer, If I choose to spend more money for extra lentils; let me do so, without the negative attitude, after me politely asking for more, with the knowing it’ll cost me extra money, let me pay extra for the xtra I want and don’t fight me about it. AGAIN!; PLEASEEEEE GO TO SWEETGREEN INSTEAD OF THIS SPECIFIC LOCATION !!!!!
