They don’t give a lot of rice like the other locations do and the basmati rice and lentils were crunchy. The black girl with the glasses is very snappy. Of this was my first time at cava I would have wanted to eat at another cava ever again. Luckily, other locations are soooo good!!! I just won’t be returning to this location by Emory.

Let’s start off by saying the food was amazing.. The staff was welcoming the energy in the store and the atmosphere was amazing. The management stuff Tay and Emerson are top tier. We will be back again

Customer service is awful and the layout/atmosphere of the place is dismal and depressing.
This was my first time at CAVA, and I told the employee I had never been there before and didn’t know what I was doing, but asked for the harissa avocado bowl because they didn’t care in the slightest and that seemed popular based on my research. I asked for everything except pickled onions, and they started to add picked onions anyway before I stopped them. I asked “what do people normally get as a side?” and was ignored. I just asked for the cinnamon sugar pita. I later read it’s supposed to come with honey? Did not. Mind you this bowl + pita bread was TWENTY DOLLARS. They gave me a bag, I checked out, and they went back to scrolling on their phone leaning against the wall. I didn’t know where the forks were but found them hidden around the corner.
Food was ok but the sauce was so spicy it was hard to taste the other flavors. I’m not sure if this is a normal experience either at this location or in general but this first experience makes me not want to come back.

I am a big fan of CAVA and have had great experiences at other locations. However, I find myself consistently having poor experiences at this location. The staff tends to work inefficiently and are inattentive to customers. Today, the worker gave me a tiny portion of rice and when I requested more, she gave me about a tablespoon of additional rice. The amount of food given to me did not warrant me paying $16 for a bowl. Additionally, ingredients are often poorly stocked and the greens are often wilted. It is a shame that such a conveniently located store is run so abysmally.
