  I just visited and ordered 2 bowls, which tasted good but the portion sizes are comically small. For the dips, the amount given was less than half of the dip scoop size. For a $15 bowl, I’d appreciate more than a small teaspoon of toppings. Also, they were out of bags.

  We order 3 bowls for pickup paid extra for all the bowls to be half way filled. The other locations set a high expectations for low production, so obviously this must be a franchise that don’t care about customer satisfaction. My lady just had a baby and now she mad at me because the order was unacceptable. We could have went to gusto’s but she was craving Cava and now her and the baby looking at me crying. U only got 2 and I want to give yall more because the lady with the tattoos that work register was nice. But this location got to do better.

  Went a little before noon and it was a great experience. The portions were generous lowkey. Got through quickly and the staff was super pleasant . No complaints at all. Would definitely go back.

  This Cava was awesome! They were out of the new white sweet potatoes but they definitely made up for it with the awesome service. The gentleman waiting on me was very friendly and professional. I was considering getting a new protein for the first time and he suggested that I try it first. I hadn’t even thought of that but it was perfect. Turns out I really love the braised lamb. Great food, and great service! What else can you ask for?

  I've only been to this location a few times. This is now my second time going and there was a mix up on my order. The first time (separate date from this incident) I sent my boyfriend and he was handed the wrong order. This time I went to make sure my order was right. Upon walking in another guy is walking out with an order that was just given to him. When they asked what order I was there for, in which I said "Jacob", they said "hold on, it's coming". Which was odd because I had gotten the text 10 minutes ago saying it was ready. The guy I saw coming in then comes back, turns out they gave him my order. Idk if they just didn't really seem to care but it's crazy how many times this happened. My boyfriend does uber eats on the side and has told me similar things about this location and the mix up in names and orders. I worked in fast food and I currently work in retail customer service so I don't like complaining, but it really can't be that hard to confirm who you're handing it to??? Idk. Kinda disappointing.😬😬😬
