  I don’t usually leave reviews, but lately I feel like customer service isn’t a thing anymore when you go out to eat or order food. People don’t greet you, they’re not friendly, and sometimes just act like you’re a nuisance when you walk through the door, but your staff was extremely friendly, welcoming and nice. Specifically one female that was working the counter (I wish I’d grabbed her name) she just seemed excited that everyone was there even while you guys were in the middle of a rush! Thanks for being so kind and nice. It’s noticed!

  This place is going down. The people who work here don’t care to stock the food of the manager is not here. It’s always more than $20 for my bowl, which I wouldn’t mind if I was able to get the products that are offered. There always out of toppings and garlic dressing. This is my favorite fast food restaurant , and I may have to drive to Alpharetta to get better service.

  Cava is one of those places that’s just consistent. This location in particular has a kind staff; service has never been an issue. Anthony was really kind and gave me something new try, which I loved. I will definitely continue to visit this location, and now I’ll be adding something additional to my order. Thank you Anthony! Keep being kind and representing the DMV :)

  The manager there is very rude. He speaks to his employees very rudely. I hope that they quickly get him replaced!!! I was there one morning and this young lady she was trying to get the people out of the line fast because they had already been standing in line for 20 minutes. He came through and he started snatching balls out of her hand, just being very rude. I was very disappointed in a way that he handled her because she was doing a wonderful job and we was moving faster because of her!!!

  No napkins, unkempt drink Station, every single table dirty, young lady put one spoon of rice in the bowl and said she would change to add more. I bought 3 bowls. She charged for literally 2 spoons od rice. I witnessed many customers come back to have their order remade. Tall young lady with tattoos was very nice, and professional.... But her co worker (also female ) was disappointing... co worker was adjusting her hair and scarf with gloved hands.... whats the point of gloves if you touch everything with them. Wanted to sit down and eat but no clean tables available. And no napkins to clean it myself. We ended up eating in the car. I won't be back to this location.
