    Should’ve taken pictures before I went back inside to purchase a side of chicken for my bowl, but PORTIONS ARE WAY TO SMALL. I came to check reviews thinking maybe it was a fluke and sadly it seems this is CONSISTENT. I’m not sure if it’s management or lack of, or corporate greed from private owners. Never going back. Other locations give you better portions. Occurred 11/22/25 @3pm

    Pickup time was late, the order was incorrect in several different ways, and the food was cold. I walk in for pickup time and I'm told to wait. Then 2 other people come in for pickup after me. 1 of them was handed the wrong bag... Don't waste your time at this location.

    My experience at CAVA was excellent thanks to an outstanding employee who went above and beyond. They were attentive, helpful, and made great recommendations. It’s refreshing to receive such genuine customer service.

    Every time I come to this Cava location, Meek always greets me with a smile and excellent customer service, no matter how busy the store may be. It’s service like this that keeps a loyal customer like myself coming to this establishment. Shout out to Meek!

    Been coming here for a few months and can honestly say it’s going downhill quick! The new people they are hiring cuss in the open and have no sense of customer service! I came in the middle of the day and normally they would make some lamb meatballs in the back if they were sold out but they refused to do so today suggesting I come back at another time! It’s already bad enough the company itself reduced the normal portions to half portions of rice and greens for the same price, so the least they could do is make up for it with good customer service; but we can’t even get that! The restaurant is always filthy, napkins every where, even the food stations they build the bowls off of are disgusting and I’m sure there is some cross contamination happening! Highly recommend going to a different location other than this one unless you want a horrible experience! Corporate should get involved if they don’t want this store to crash out!
