  I walked into the restaurant Thursday morning at 10:40 with a last minute order. I had eight bowls and six pita's, and felt bad about placing a large order at the last minute. I just wanted to say after my encounter with the staff I felt welcomed and pleased. They gave me service with a smile, and made my order quickly; and helped with the bags to my vehicle. Great Customer Service.

  I love Cava, but I went to this location and was not greeted, i was also the only person in line at the time. Looking at some of the reviews, i think most of us have encountered the same rude girl. She is gonna be the downfall of this location!

  Horrible Service. There were five team members in the front yet we spent over 20 minutes in Cava trying to get our food. When we first arrived there were only two people in line in front of us and we waited a while before being acknowledged. Even then the staff were just slow and not the most competent. To think they give you such little food for the expense and claim to be luxury, yet provide the poorest experience. I liked the food but unfortunately I cannot support a company like this with my dollars anymore. Hopefully this location gets it together soon

  I just walked in, I was the only one waiting to be attended too. No hello, how can I help you or anything. So the guy looks at me young man with long hair and I said how are u (he stared at me) I said are you ok (he looked puzzled and said nothing while putting on his gloves. I left went to chopt next door greeted before I could open the door good, no one in line got my food and a smile. That simple. Never had Cava I wanted to try it... but not at the expense of no service. I will be back because im sure this guy is just having a bad day.

  I’ve come to this location twice and both times the service was absolutely terrible. No greetings, I had to ask to be served, I had a question regarding the greens and the young lady’s attitude was insane. Even the customer behind me noticed and made a comment. Management needs to revisit training for everyone at this location. This food is not a $4 happy meal. Even if it was, people are spending their hard earned money and there’s nothing like doing so and receiving terrible service and food made with such anger in it. l’m someone who enjoys human interaction and I’d hate to see the robots take over and take all of their jobs. Seriously. Do they not know how many brick and mortar businesses are closing? Customer service has truly lost its meaning. Do better!
