When I reached the checkout, the manager suddenly started yelling “extra rice” across the counter and asking who got extra rice. I said it wasn’t me, but he looked at another employee and asked if I did, and she said yes — which was incorrect. Despite me explaining that I ordered half rice, the cashier proceeded to charge me for extra rice. I didn’t want to make a scene, but the manager stood there giving me a death stare the entire time I checked out. It was an extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable experience, and I left feeling humiliated over something I didn’t even do. I wanted to bring this to your attention because no customer should be treated that way
