I love this location!!! With this being a high traffic location they’re fast and the food is always fresh! The employees are nice and very attentive. QJ always greets me with a smile and great energy every time I go, love it when he’s there!! Highly recommend this location and the green vinaigrette dressing!!!

I guess they were busier than usual but they were sorry about it. I'll have more patience next time, whatever. I think it's just hard for the site to keep up with what items are out/running low too. It seems like a lot of people in this area prefer to order online even when they're physically present in the store (???) so I'll just order at the the counter next time

I ordered a pickup order at this location which was to be ready at 8:15pm. Order was not ready until 8:35, despite the restaurant being completely empty (the only other people there were others waiting for their online orders). The staff there was not making any effort to expedite the process of patrons receiving their food in a timely manner. And to top it all off, when I got my order it was completely missing the protein I ordered (which is the bulk of the price). I have contacted Cava support and will advise on how easy or difficult they are to work with to remedy this situation. | UPDATE: The general Cava Support email got back to me saying they would issue a refund and that they would share this feedback with the local team. I appreciate Cava Corporate’s attention to this matter, but this local location still has a ways to go…

My girlfriend and I love Cava. We were pumped for this location to open up due to its convenience. That said, we’ve been disappointed a number of times with this location. 3/4 of the staff looks to be doing nothing productive. They are always out of various options. The proteins are not cleaned/cut properly. The rice is dried out to the point that you’re chewing on gravel. I constantly feel like I’m getting underserved on any option I choose, especially the base & protein. Cava corporate needs to get an A team in there.
