  Went for lunch on a Wednesday to the midtown location. Super tasty bowl, steak and harissa. The staff were a well oiled machine, calmly working through the line, which was out the door the whole time I was there. The bowl was really good with great flavors and a balance of crunch and spice that hit the spot.

  I'm glad this Cava opened near my office. I came for lunch and was not disappointed. The bowl was full and fresh. I ordered ahead for pickup via the app. I had to wait a few mins but didn't mind since I know it wasn't sitting there. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

  went here on a whim last night, while I understand having to close down stations early and everything to that nature… If somebody comes in at 9 PM there should be no reason why there's barely any selection of food available. When I say barely any selection of food, also referencing the less than two scoops of rice that were available. This is my first time trying cava, I've heard a lot of good things about it but if I'm paying $16 for a bowl, and you guys still have an hour until closing, there should definitely be food bar items stocked for that. I asked if there was any rice in the back so that I could at least have a bowl that matched up with what I was paying for her, and a manager came out and was like "No! This is all we have for the rest of the night." In kind of a rude tone. I could understand if maybe I came at 9:30 and you guys barely had anything and were shutting down for the night since I do also have experience in the food industry, however… Based on the low stock and kind of just like ... the attitude that I received from that manager… I don't really think I'd be too keen on coming back to this location. I'm trying to give grace because this is a soft opening, but people are paying a lot of money for these bowls. If you are this out of stock within the last hour of opening, maybe you should consider closing a bit earlier.

  We ordered online, pickup was super fast and easy. Food was fresh, tasty, accurate, and filling. I got a bowl, spouse got a wrap which he was quite excited about. I will note that it was really busy inside when I picked up our food. Also this location just opened so it may take them some time to get their processes down. Super excited to have this in the neighborhood!

  New location looks great, but the portions are so poor and the manager or person in charge clearly was not really helpful or friendly. The staff seemed confused and clearly not yet familiar with the quality standards of the bowls. There was also problems with the register so it took very long to pay. We love Cava, but we won’t come back to this location until they meet the portion standards we are used to, without having to pay extras.
