If I could give this review a zero, I would. The service was bad from the start. They had a lot of tables empty so I was surprised it took so long to get waited on. One of the items we ordered was the Calamari and had to pick through all of the breading to find any squid, we did find some small chopped up pieces. We asked Tiffany, our server when we were first seated if she thought we could get our food in time to make our next flight, she acted as if she could have cared less and told us probably. There was a coupled seated behind us and as I was standing waiting on Tiffany to bring our check they looked at me and I told them I wouldn't bother and they got up and left because they still hadn't gotten to order yet. Most Carrabba's that I have dined in is really good. This one was not.

Aiysha was very welcoming and pleasant. She had a nice smile and positive attitude and was gracious in ordering our drinks while we waited on our waitress. Dinner was ok. Pizza was warm not hot and waitress wasn’t very attentive.

I recently dined at Carrabba’s Italian Grill - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
After being seated at a table, I waited approximately 10 minutes without receiving any acknowledgment or service. No greeting, no water, nothing. Eventually, I left the table and moved to the bar in hopes of getting served more efficiently.
The bar top was filthy. I had to clean it myself before sitting down. That alone set the tone for what followed.
They didn’t have Chianti that was listed on the menu. From that point forward, I had to ask the bartender for absolutely everything — water, utensils, refills. There was no proactive service whatsoever. It felt like unless you specifically requested something, it simply wasn’t going to happen.
The food was decent, I suppose, but far below what I expect from the Carrabba’s brand. It tasted rushed and underwhelming — borderline microwaved. It certainly did not reflect the quality standards typically associated with the chain.
What’s most frustrating is that airport chain restaurants seem to operate under a different — much lower — standard. At Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, it feels like establishments know travelers have limited options and time constraints, so they get away with terrible service and inflated prices. And they continue to get away with it.
Honestly, I would rather go to McDonald's - Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, pay a fraction of the price, receive the same level of service, and expect similar food quality. At least there, expectations are aligned with the cost.
I’m disappointed not just in this location, but in what it represents — a business charging premium prices for a substandard dining experience. We, as customers, deserve better. Carrabba’s standards should be higher than this, and as consumers, we should expect — and demand — accountability.
We’re better than this.

This was the worst Carrabba's I've ever stepped foot in. It was very dirty, the staff was incredibly rude and all they wanted to do is talk to each other and eat chicken wings behind the kitchen wall(it was visible from my seat). I got my drink which had floating debris in it and my soup(which tasted horrible) right away. But after an hour and a half of waiting for my entree I finally had to stop my waiter to ask him where my food was and he said that he completely forgot that I was his table and that my food was not coming - he did apologize. So I left and was just going to leave it at that... But that night and following morning I was sick to my stomach which I believe is due to the bad soup.
I would most definitely avoid this location at all cost.

I came to Cabrera’s in the airport and experienced extremely uncomfortable racial profiling, which was especially upsetting because it came from another African American employee. The hostess asked a male server if we could be seated in his section, and he responded with a dismissive look and said no. Immediately after, every white customer who walked in was seated in his area.
Throughout the wait, I noticed him staring at me and giving dirty looks, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. We waited about 15 minutes before anyone came over to assist us. The woman who eventually helped us was kind, friendly, and provided good service, and I want to acknowledge that.
However, the behavior of the bald male server whose section is closest to the front entrance on the right side overshadowed the entire experience. If you are going to have people working in customer service, they need to treat everyone with respect and provide service equally, not selectively. I took video they were only seating caucasian people in his area.
