Lovely coffee strength and smooth taste. I liked the hot coffee more but both were great. The hot chocolate was also good. Friendly staff and we'll be back!

I placed my order through the app as I usually do and realized after the fact that I forgot to add cream cheese to my bagel. I politely asked the associate working if I could get some. She looked up my order and informed me that I hadn’t paid for it, which I understood. I then asked how much it cost, as I wasn’t aware there was an additional charge. Although she gave me the cream cheese, she refused to tell me the price, even after I asked twice, and instead repeatedly emphasized that I didn’t pay for it and should do so next time. I then asked another employee, who didn’t turn around to address me but did provide an approximate price. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, especially with long-time customers. I’ve never experienced service like this at this location before, which is why it stood out. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer interactions.

Service is always great, and we've ordered biscuit sandwiches a few times and those have been great. Would actually recommend getting food + coffee here vs. the Flying Biscuit Cafe across the street.
