I wait all year to come to the nearest Caribou to my house when I come to Dragon Con and they were not serving the normal menu items. The menu was replaced by weird themed items. Most of the people in line with me struggled to find something on the menu, but by the time we found out, we'd waited 20 minutes in a line for coffee that we couldn't have. The explanation: "We're streamlining the menu." would make sense if they had taken the regular menu and removed a few items. But instead they replaced the entire menu with weird stuff. So, no Campfire Mocha, no Turtle Mocha, no Grasshopper Mocha, and no Hot Chocolate. Oh, and the ability to choose your chocolate (white, milk or dark, nope). This is completely insane and I hope that others stop coming back this year so they can see how idiotic this choice was.
