- BGBen GJan 5, 20265.0I love this B Dubs. It's huge and super clean and very modern. Tons of TVs. I don't know why some people hate on the food. I think the food here is terrific. I honestly think B Dubs makes one of the best burgers in town. The wings and sauces are excellent as well. I honestly think everything on the menu is at least pretty good and the prices are excellent. Plus if you get lucky you might meet Jason Kelce or a Burger Loving Buffalo with Wings. lol! Kisha is awesome!

We ordered 15 wings, and it took more than 30 minutes for them to come out. By the end, we were already frustrated. To make things worse, when we asked for the bill, they tried to charge us for wings that were never even brought to our table. Very poor service overall

Tried it at various times at various days of the week and there is somehow always a wait, even if the restaurant is 90+% empty. Staff also generally seems tired and/or less than friendly.

Waited over 20 minutes while servers argued at the host stand, presumably about who had to serve us.we were never acknowledged. No water, no- be right with you, nothing… This felt racially motivated.

You don't give someone something they are not expecting. At least ask the customer if that is ok. Update: They tell you to fill out the information on the website so they can make it right, but nothing happens. No one has contacted me. They are just responding to make it seem like they care. Count your days. You'll be closed soon. People are tired of wasting money on these restaurants and will not give you another chance to take their money.
