Drove back up there and asked for a manager, he was rude, no apologies and just offered a remake. The desert still slightly burnt. After tonight you have lost a customer! Update: Got all the way home food was still burnt and gave me the wrong flavor wings after I accepted a remake. Called on 2/8/2026 around 11:30 am spoke with a manager. I explained what happened Saturday evening and how had to go back for a remake. I requested a full refund. This manager was also rude and stated I can bring the receipt and food back up there for a full refund.

Employees just walking around talking to one another etc. There was only one table in the restuarant being occupied at the time. Mean while still sitting at the bar no one has approached me for my order etc... Continue to just stand towards the back and carry on a conversation with other staff members. If you're thinking obn visiting a Buffalo Wild Wings I would highly recommend you to find another location. After about 15 minutes without being acknowledge of being there I finally decided to walk out and go somewhere else for lunch. Won't be back to this location.
