Steak tartare was good. Asked the server about the bread for the Fois Gras as it says it came with “French toast” we asked to clarify what bread it came with and he said it wasn’t breakfast French toast, when it was. It was better with the baguette. We ordered the large 26 ribeye Oscar style and shared with our table of 8. Typically Oscar is lump crab meat with a bernaise sauce. What we got was a creamy puree of smelly fishy crab meat on top that ruined the steak. We didn’t ask for a refund on the steak but wanted to let our server know. The worst part about the whole experience was the manager that was on the floor for the majority of the evening didn’t even come over to apologize, but sent the server over and completely avoided our table. Yes we were a table of young mid 20’s folks and specifically said we didn’t want a refund. The fact the manager couldn’t even come over to our table was disrespectful. Charles is great, manger needs to touch tables and deal with problems and she didn’t.

This restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of the Four Seasons hotel. I am glad I came during the holiday season because it was decorated beautifully. The valet staff was very hospitable and professional. They mentioned discounted valet before 4pm and explained how to locate the establishment. The hostess was kind and offered seating options to fit my preference. Our server was knowledgeable prompt and enthusiastic. She suggested many options from multiple menus. She was very personable! The food and service was superb. Definitely worth a visit.
