  I had an excellent experience at Bonefish Grill thanks to our waiter, Ziggy. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Ziggy was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and checked in at just the right times without being intrusive. His positive attitude really enhanced our meal. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Ziggy again!

  My friends and I had such a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill. I specifically want to highlight our server, Mercedes. She was attentive, friendly, & absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend. We are started off with the Pineapple Martinis & we split the chicken egg rolls as an appetizer. Then, I had the lobster stuffed shrimp. The portions were perfect & everything was super tasty. It was the best girls night & I look forward to coming again soon!

  We really enjoyed our server, Mercedes. She was very good. Had the Butterfish, which was delicious. Also had the seared tuna, but it was just okay. It was seared on outside and colder than expected on the inside. We had a side of scalloped potatoes which was a very generous portion. Loved the seasonal White Cosmos; it was like candy.

  Saturday night at Bonefish was not the best experience for us from a service perspective. The food was good. Most of our group loved our meal. We arrived at 6:30 and didn’t leave until 9pm because service was so slow. It took forever to get drinks and a long time for our food. I didn’t even get refilled on my water because our server was either overwhelmed with tables or just not great. While he was certainly friendly- he was not attentive. We skipped dessert and none of us got second drinks because our server was just unavailable. Also- you most definitely need a reservation on a Saturday. Don’t even bother going to the hostess without one. We heard her really rude to someone who came in without one telling them that “everywhere in Atlanta needs a reservation on the weekend”. So all-in-all the food isn’t worth the poor service.

  This is my first time experiencing this restaurant. Coming in it was a beautiful atmosphere. Sat at the bar. I came to redeem a gift card that was given to me as a gift. I was greeted by a Bartender with Red Hair, she was very nice. I ordered the Blackberry Red sangria from her. Which was a good drink. I also ordered the Grouper with Crab Cake and Bang Hollandaise Sauce. It came out 25mins later. I tasted the Asparagus first it was ok. Then I cut into my Grouper to find it was cold and watery fishy tasting. I grabbed the attention of another bartender a Gentleman. I informed them of the inconsistency with the meal and so he took it to the kitchen for it to be redone over but instead of fixing the problem. They brought it back to me Uncooked. I cut my phone light on to find that it was raw and they hid it up under sauce. I was disgusted 🤮. It took me to figure out if I was going to give it another try and order something else. Well I did. I ended up trying the Butterfish. It came out cooked it did take a minute to get. But it was good. The one thing I was disappointed about is that the Manager never came to apologize or acknowledge the problem. I have been in the Hospitality industry for 10+ years and it is sad what endured poor customer service. Thanks to the Gentleman behind the bar he was very helpful. And the original bartender (Red Hair) never came to apologize as well or even check on me. This restaurant gets 2 stars because of the Make Bartender stepping in.
