The Mac and cheese was trash. Soggy ,wet, and slimmy with no salt or flavor. All of that mess went in the trash. Wasted 23. Dollars and some change. I'm sick of wasting my money on trash food. I wish these managers manage and try the food for quality. Not just looks.

At this point I'd wager that 40% of the time I've just had to go somewhere else due to insufficient staffing or payment systems going down. How is it that ONLY the drive-thru is cash while counter-service can take cards? Also, why does the A.I. bot taking orders state a different (lower) final sale price than the window worker? It's only 25 cents or so, but just another example of inconsistency. Is there some sort of grift taking place here, or is it just pure incompetence? At this point, McDonald's across the street seems the more reliable option, and will be getting my money from now on.

By the time I filled my to-go cup, my order was bagged and waiting on the counter. As it was Black Friday, I asked if she had a good Thanksgiving whereupon she showed me a picture of her 1st ever attempted Red Velvet Cake, which looked delicious. If I could have gotten a slice of that cake, I would have given them 5 stars. Oh wait, I did give them 5 stars. Friendly, fast, and delicious! I can't ask for more than that.
