Very unprofessional lead (5'1 or 2 with braids and heavy makeup.. Don't come here of you want unbiased service. She was very intentionally disrespectful. I chose to not stoop to her level. For some, ignorance is bliss, I stay positive all the same. Karma has a better way of dealing with shenanigans and buffoonery.
