I mean— it takes effort to make something look this bad. It looks so bad I had to ask him if this was a joke… like, is my real cake somewhere in back? Then the guy at the register didn’t even know how to process a refund. He called the manager, who offered no apology or alternative solution. She just processed the refund and said bye. So now I get to celebrate my birthday with no cake. What a waste of time and money. I won’t be back. Birthdays happen once a year, but this business could care less about your special day. Get your cake from a business that actually cares about customers.
