- EBEunice BoyceApr 21, 20251.0I visited this location for the first time earlier this afternoon.(4/21). I paid for 2 scoops of butter pecan to eat later today. Put it in freezer, came back to eat it. I tasted my first spoonful and something tasted off about the ice cream & pieces of it stuck to the top of mouth. These pieces didn't melt. This ice cream was not fresh. Tasted old, like the barrel or wherever it came from had expired. But this location is selling it. I have been to several B&Rs across this country & never experienced this before. Will be seeing a refund tomorrow.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
