  I had high expectations for this place, but the service was terrible. When we arrived, the person on the first floor was extremely kind and helpful. He even placed my baby’s stroller in the first-floor office because I wanted to sit on the rooftop. At first, our waitress was also very kind and attentive. But after that, everything fell apart. The appetizers arrived late. She never brought us utensils. We requested extra plates—those never came either. We ordered our food, and it took about 40 minutes to receive three salmon entrées. Again, no utensils. We had to get up and find plastic cutlery ourselves just to eat. When it was time to ask for the check, it was the same story. We asked for it multiple times—about four—and in the end, I had to go find her myself to finally get the bill so we could pay and leave. Did we leave a tip? Yes, we did. I depend on tips in my own line of work, so I understand how important they are for people’s income. That is the only reason I left a tip. But honestly, the service was a very disappointing experience.

  I ordered a carne asada but they got the name wrong I think 🤔 because looks like a steak and cook potatoes. The steak was low grade flank steak and I am not joking it was the size of a old Nokia cell in length and they had the nerve to bring it with a steak knife. I asked for medium well and it came raw mostly though . I can't really blame them for that, the steak was about as thick as an samsung z flip 5 with no case......😒🙄

  Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. After being seated, no one checked on us for an extended period. The lack of attentiveness made us feel unwelcome from the start. In the restaurant business, awareness and presence are critical, and that was completely missing. We were dining with kids and were not provided napkins. Our children’s food arrived, but the adult meals came about 20 minutes later. Even then, no silverware was brought to the table. My wife had to get up and find it herself. Instead of assisting, a waitress simply opened a drawer and pointed to cheap takeaway plastic cutlery. This is a dine-in establishment and not an inexpensive one, so that was particularly disappointing. No one checked on our water for 45 to 50 minutes until we specifically pointed out the lack of service. To make matters worse, there were three patio heaters near our table while we were seated on the rooftop. The server turned all three off while we were still eating, despite them being shared heaters. It showed a complete lack of awareness and consideration. The bathrooms also reflected poor management. One had no hand towels and was out of soap. Overall, the experience felt either severely understaffed or very poorly managed. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I asked for medium well and it came cooked completely though without a touch of pink in it. I can't really blame them for that, the steak was about as thick as an iPhone with no case. Even the people I was with looked shocked at how small it was. You get the equivalent of a small fast food fry on the side and its all swimming in grease. I ate my sample size of steak and left the greasiest fries behind. The pictures of other peoples orders look nothing like what I received. Eat at your own risk. This was my first time here 0/10 I won't be played again. chimichurri is good tho one star.

  I had an amazing experience at Azotea Cantina, and a huge part of that was thanks to KeAna. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great night. When I asked for recommendations, she absolutely nailed it. Every suggestion was on point and ended up being exactly what I didn’t know I was craving. What really stood out was her timing and awareness. I never once had to flag her down. She seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. That level of service is rare and shows that she truly cares about customer experience, not just doing the bare minimum. Because of how well she took care of us, I happily left a 30 percent tip. She earned every bit of it. On top of that, the music selection was perfect and added to the whole vibe of the night. Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service from KeAna. I will definitely be coming back.
