We were staying at the Saint Regis and booked a table at this restaurant based upon a recommendation.
For all of its hype, I feel like the overall dining experience fell a little short. Although our server was lovely, she didn’t explain what the tasting menu entailed. We didn’t realize that not everybody at the table had to do the tasting menu. And I might actually be wrong about that because she never fully explained how the menu worked.
All three of us decided to partake in the tasting menu. We all have very ambitious pallets and very few dietary restrictions. However, I don’t feel like any of the courses were explained with any sort of clarity.
Many of the dishes were delicious and inventive. However, I don’t necessarily understand the vision of the restaurant. We went for long periods of time without having any service and then had two or three different members of the staff at our table at a time.
Overall, I don’t feel like our dining experience was worth $1200

Came for my birthday and had the best meal of my life. The Chef’s tasting menu was perfectly portioned and a wild ride in the best possible way. Of all the Michelin-rated places I’ve been to, Atlas is the number one place at this price point I would return to. Chef Money and the pastry chef both came out to wish me a happy birthday which was incredibly kind and surprising. This meal was a journey equivalent to 10 meals. The sheer beauty of presentation was top tier and had an unbelievable variety of flavor profiles that perfectly contrasted and paired with each other. The only thing I would change was that the Australian wagyu was a bit more lean than I had hoped for and I love a wagyu and salt pairing that could have added to the incredible spread of condiments that were paired with it. Typically at places like this when dessert comes it’s one over-powering item that I only want to eat half of. I don’t know if we received the normal spread, but I can confidently say that this the absolute best dessert offering I have ever had and can’t imagine that anywhere in Atlanta could even compete with it. We had a variety of what I believe were 7 desserts that each deserved praise in their own right. The lychee dish was possibly the best single dessert I’ve ever had as well.
Overall, I can’t say enough about how amazing this experience was. If you’re looking for a place for a special meal, look no further.
The bar manager Jehliel was very kind, and was great host when I took my wife during holiday and they got busy he jumped in and helped wherever needed. Kept his cool and was very professional . Even with the wait because of the holidays the service was great . I will be back

My parents had a wonderful experience at Atlas! From the moment they arrived, the hostess, Kiana (hope I spelled that right!), was incredibly thoughtful and moved them to a better table, which they truly appreciated. Their server, Kaylene, was absolutely fantastic and made the evening even more enjoyable. Because of the attentiveness and kindness from both Kiana and Kaylene, my parents had an amazing time and left feeling very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

We did the tasting menu with wine pairing and it was a huge disappointment. While the dishes were visually beautiful, the flavors were absolutely terrible and did not complement each other at all. I live in a world where food should look good and taste good unfortunately, this missed the mark entirely.
I was genuinely shocked given the Michelin-star reputation. I expected thoughtful execution and balanced flavors, but instead found myself taking a bite or two and pushing most plates aside. The servers clearly noticed this, yet no one asked a single question or checked in, which felt intentional as if the atmosphere is designed to discourage honest feedback or make guests feel uncomfortable voicing criticism.
Service was painfully slow. The entire experience took nearly three hours, despite only four tables being seated. If it weren’t for the bread (which was decent), I would have left hungry.
Dropping nearly $2,000 on this experience was honestly hard to stomach. Fine dining should justify its price through exceptional food and service this did neither. Extremely disappointing overall.
