    Service was horrible. The woman behind the counter seemed to be very miserable. She gave me curly fries amd charged me for it where as i wanted regular fries. I bought mozzarella sticks amd she didn't give me the marinara sauce.... I had to wait a few minutes to get her attention. I could tell that she saw me waiting fpr her after getting my food. Completely ignored me. I had to flag down another employee to get tje marinara sauce. She almost threw them in my bad. Absolutely horrible service. The mozzarella sticks had no flavor. I had the brisket sandwich. The meat was very tough and had a smell to it. I had to throw it out. Aggghhhh.

    Your team at the Atlanta Airport was LOVELY. I was exhausted from lack of sleep, but Binta was so sweet and made sure I was taken care of.

    The cashier Amadou d never change his gloves from touching the cash register the screen refrigerator and handling fries and handling out drinks very unsanitary and unpleasant

    The absolute worst. Order taker was really slow but seemed quite mellow and happy (hint hint). The man attempting to assemble orders was completely lost but very very happy. Very broken English asking customers randomly if this was their order. One person in back completely confused. 40 minute wait after me repeating my order. They weren't using order number on receipt at all. Couldn't read English I assume. Total guesswork. Calling out orders to nobody since people were literally walking away leaving meal to catch flights. I'm normally very patient especially at airport fast food place but it wasn't that crowded. Maybe 8-10 of us cracking jokes about the non English speaking workers. Sending walkups to Fridays as it was much faster. Food was greasy, slopped together when I finally told someone just give me anything. I got a #1 I think. Couple bites. Into trash it went. This place is in term E. International flights are many. Imagine the first impression of U.S. from foreign visitors. What an embarrassment.
