Emerald City Bagels is a cute little bagel company owned by a mother and daughter who are native to Long Island. They started out doing pop ups and selling their bagels wholesale before opening their first shop in East Atlanta Village in 2018. The Beltline location finally made its big debut in 2024. The bagels are long fermented, kettle boiled, and baked. Get one in the morning with a generous bit of housemade cream cheese or go for a BLT in the afternoon!
