  I had a really disappointing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels. The service Erica that I encountered had a very poor attitude and was completely unwilling to help. I simply asked what each bagel was, and instead of answering, she said she “didn’t know she was supposed to do all that.” That was surprising and frustrating, especially since I was just trying to make a simple purchase. She ended up making six bagels without clearly identifying them, which made the situation even more confusing. When I asked for a pen or marker to label them myself, she told me they didn’t have one, without offering any alternative solution. Throughout the interaction, her tone and demeanor were unprofessional, unaccommodating, and honestly made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by asking basic questions. I managed to get a pen from a young lady and tried to identify the bagels myself. Customer service should be about helping customers, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this, because it definitely impacted my overall impression of this location.

  Very poor experience with this Einstein Bros. Bagels location. We placed a 7-person breakfast order through Uber Eats, and the order took an hour to prepare plus another 30 minutes to arrive. When it finally got delivered, several items and beverages were wrong / missing. The bigger issue was the lack of accountability afterward. We tried resolving it through the store, Einstein support, and Uber Eats, and got bounced around instead of getting help. We were told Uber Eats would follow up within 2–3 days, but were never contacted. It took repeated follow-ups for nearly a month, and far more effort than it should have just to get the order refunded. In the end, Uber Eats refunded the full order, but the overall experience was low quality, time-consuming, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not recommend this location for a larger order.
