  Worst ever Dunkin you can think of to go into. Don’t get me started on the actual products. The two woman working could care less, she was holding the cups with her fingers in the cups, the lids were hairy and dirty, she made everything wrong. But why would it be right when her worker friend was in the corner on her phone gossiping.

  Ever since the change in management, the service and quality has been extremely lacking… My food is literally never correct. It is always burnt and it takes at least 30 minutes to make one sandwich and a plain cup of coffee.

  Zo slecht, ik vraag een hot cappuccino en krijg een beker lauwe melk dus ik vraag opnieuw om een hot cappuccino en dat dit echt slecht is. Ze doet wat koffie en melk in de opschuimer en maalt het enigzins warm. Dit is niet hoe cappuccino gemaakt moet worden. Dit is echt een slechte Dunkin. Het personeel is ongeïnteresseerd, langzaam, staan een beetje te lachen en kletsen maar weinig goed werk afleveren. Ook andere klanten moesten bestellingen verbeteren. Deze locatie heeft een stenge manager nodig.

  Truly the least functional Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Every single time I come here it takes a minimum of 20 minutes no matter how many customers there are, or who is working. If I need coffee before work, I legit order it before I leave my house while I’m still getting ready. Today I decided to go at 12 because it was lunchtime on a Sunday and I doubted anyone would be there. I was correct, only one person was in the store waiting. I got my food, the lady said “have a good day” so I said “oh I have a drink too” she states “I’m not on drinks.” I keep waiting as someone new comes in, she orders, and now two workers are apparently needed to put donuts in a box (???). The worker who legitimately JUST told me “I’m not on drinks” starts making a custom latte for her friend, the lady that just came in. A third worker shows up, and prioritizes breaking down a box even though there’s now a line. After this lady leaves, none of the three workers start making my drink, so I say “can I please have my drink?” I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. It’s not even a latte just a coffee.” Then I’m told by the worker, who allegedly “wasn’t on drinks,” that I “can’t speak to them like that.” (I asked a question) They make my drink, then sarcastically offer a refund. As I wasn’t about to wait in line for another 15-20 minutes while they figure out how to give me one, I’ve opted for a review instead.
